Apply Job Type Full-time Description Dispatcher Advanced Air – Thatcher, AZ Pay: $24–$30/hour, depending on experience Overview We’re looking for a dispatcher who can run a busy board and also win business for the company. Our dispatcher is at the center of the operation, keeping techs moving, customers informed and revenue growing. While other shops slow down for the season, we’re still busy and hiring. If you’re sharp, competitive and good with people on the phone, this role is for you. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and install technicians to keep routes efficient and calls on time Follow up on technician-generated leads and turn open estimates into sold jobs Help customers decide on repairs, replacements and maintenance plans Re-route the board in real time when emergencies, cancellations or delays come up Keep customers updated with confirmations, ETAs and status updates Coordinate with technicians in the field on job details, parts and schedule changes Keep work orders, notes and job status accurate in our field service software Fill the maintenance and service schedule to keep techs productive and revenue flowing Work closely with CSRs, the warehouse and management to keep the day running smoothly Requirements Qualifications 2+ year of experience in dispatch, scheduling, inside sales or customer service; home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is strongly preferred Proven ability to follow up on leads and close; sales or estimate-conversion experience is a big plus Strong multitasker who stays calm on a busy board Clear, confident phone and written communication Comfortable with computers; experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus Knowledge of the local area is a plus Dependable, detail-oriented and team-first Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay of $24–$30/hr Medical, dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and sick time Paid training
