What you'll do
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Manage daily routes and appointment scheduling
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication
- Match technicians to jobs based on skill and availability
- Assist with customer issue resolution and scheduling changes
- Work collaboratively to achieve operational and revenue goals
What you need
- 2 years of dispatch experience minimum
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Service Titan experience (preferred)
