Your Role as a Dispatcher As a Dispatcher , you’ll be responsible for efficiently coordinating and deploying technicians while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Dispatching and deploying technicians promptly to meet customer needs. Ensuring response times align with company standards and maintenance agreements. Attending ongoing training to stay updated on company services and offerings. Partnering with service, sales, and operations teams to schedule and reschedule jobs as needed. Managing material and equipment ordering. Tracking technician locations and updating customers on estimated arrival times. Reviewing, verifying, and confirming service calls 24 hours in advance. Ensuring the call center has booked calls correctly before dispatching technicians. Selling and renewing service agreements. Assisting in compliance management for technician documentation. Building and scheduling projects efficiently. Maintaining clear and accurate communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and ability to manage technician schedules effectively Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services (preferred but not required) Experience with dispatching software such as ServiceTitan (preferred) Physical Requirements This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, speaking on the phone, and working on a computer. You must be able to read, write, listen, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
