Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, repairs, maintenance visits, and return trips. Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, skill set, and customer needs. Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes throughout the day to maximize efficiency. Coordinate emergency and priority service calls to help customers get the assistance they need. Communicate with technicians, Customer Service Representatives, managers, and other departments to keep everyone informed. Coordinate scheduling around parts availability and job requirements. Help keep customers informed about appointment updates and schedule changes. Maintain accurate scheduling and dispatch information using CRM and dispatch systems. Monitor daily workloads, anticipate scheduling challenges, and take action before small issues become bigger problems. Support service goals while balancing technician productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Help technicians stay productive, informed, and supported throughout their day. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and find solutions when priorities change. Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, logistics, operations coordination, or administration is preferred.
