What you'll do

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn delivery tracking software
- A satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and work under pressure
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Previous dispatching, delivery coordination, or leadership experience (preferred)

Sanel NAPA is looking for a Delivery Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery operations and help keep our drivers and customers on track. If you're organized, comfortable multitasking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll DoCoordinate driver assignments and plan efficient delivery routes.
Monitor deliveries and adjust routes, schedules, and workloads as needed.
Communicate with drivers, customers, store team members, and outside sales.
Help resolve customer questions, delivery issues, and complaints.
Coordinate picking and staging delivery orders, including required hazardous materials documentation.
Ensure customer returns are collected and credits are processed promptly.
Monitor department hours and help manage labor within budget.
Complete weekly vehicle safety checklists and submit monthly reports to Fleet Management.
Use NAPA Delivery Tracker to coordinate and track deliveries.
Act as a back up Delivery Driver during peak periods and assist with online orders and incoming calls as needed.
Promote safe work practices and support daily store operations.
What You'll NeedHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn delivery tracking software.
A satisfactory motor vehicle record.
Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing needs, and work under pressure.

Previous dispatching, delivery coordination, or leadership experience is a plus.
Physical RequirementsThis is an active role that may involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting 10–50 pounds. You'll need to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and wear required PPE for applicable tasks.
