Our agency was founded in 1996, and we have had the privilege of assisting clients who reside all over the world and have helped bring over 2,000 babies into this world. We are looking for a Donor Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, and as a Donor Specialist, you’ll be a part of the Donor Services Team and will report directly to our Director of Donor Services. You will play a key role in providing guidance and a high level of customer service to egg donors and sperm donors who are helping to make our clients’ dreams come true. You’ll act as a strategic partner to your assigned clientele ensuring they are safely navigating third party reproduction. What You’ll Do: As a Donor Specialist, you will serve as a trusted guide for prospective egg and sperm donors, playing a critical role in the early stages of their journey and helping to ensure a positive and successful donor experience. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Review, evaluate, and make informed decisions on incoming donor applications, including accepting or declining candidates in alignment with program criteria, safety standards, and best practices. * Conduct engaging, educational video consultations with prospective donors to clearly explain the donation process, expectations, timelines, and responsibilities, ensuring donors feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward. * Guide donors through the intake process, collecting and reviewing required documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance at each stage. * Support donors in curating compelling donor profiles, providing thoughtful guidance to help each donor present themselves authentically and maximize their chances of being selected by intended parents. * Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned donors, delivering a high-touch, compassionate experience while maintaining timely, clear, and professional communication. * Collaborate closely with the Donor Matching team to support successful matches, advocate for your donors, and ensure alignment between donor profiles and client needs. * Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities to increase donor engagement, improve the intake experience, and drive referrals. * Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in internal systems, ensuring all communications, decisions, and milestones are properly recorded. * Monitor donor progress and conduct regular case audits to ensure forward momentum, data integrity, and a seamless donor experience. * Serve as an ongoing point of contact for donors following cycle completion, collecting and reviewing cycle records, updating donor profiles, coordinating post-cycle follow-up, and determining donor readiness for republishing, rematching, or program closure. * Act as a creative problem solver and trusted resource, addressing donor questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights and feedback to enhance donor recruitment, admissions processes, and overall program success. * Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an appreciation for human connection to provide a high-quality experience. * Be empathetic, organized, curious, and innovative. * Perform other duties as assigned.
