The Business
WTW is the leader in Employee Experience (EX). We have the unique ability to use
insights to drive impact. That means we ground everything we do in a deep
understanding of what people care about—what makes them tick, what’s inhibiting
change, and what matters. We use that to fuel the EX, shape high-value,
high-impact people solutions—and deliver them in a way that sparks behavior
change and drives business results.
Our people come from diverse backgrounds and bring various skills and
capabilities—we’re insights masters, change catalysts, storytellers, culture
shapers, org strategists, digital champions and more. Together, we’re all about
powering the ambitions—of our colleagues, our clients and their people.
What is an Analyst, Employee Experience?
As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will help our clients across our EX

and technical knowledge while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to
real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client
