What you'll do

The Electrical Apprentice assists licensed electricians with installations, material handling, and conduit preparation under direct supervision.
They are responsible for maintaining a safe work area and completing required apprenticeship coursework.

Candidates must be enrolled in or eligible for a state-registered apprenticeship program.
A willingness to learn the electrical trade and a focus on safety are required.

Reports to: Electrical Foreman | Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt | Location: Field (Phoenix, AZ market) | Pay: $35.00 per hour to start Position Summary The Electrical Apprentice assists licensed electricians while completing apprenticeship training: material handling, conduit prep, pulling wire, and installation support under direct supervision. Key Responsibilities Assist journeyman electricians with installations under supervision. Handle materials, prep conduit, pull wire, and maintain the work area. Complete required apprenticeship hours and coursework. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Employment Terms This position is full-time and non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Employment with FacilityIG is at-will.
