Our state-of-the-art facility features eight dedicated DVMs and a passionate support team committed to the highest standards of care. We are dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in diagnostics, medical treatments, surgical procedures, and preventative wellness. We provide top-of-the-line medical, surgical, and dental equipment, as well as an in-house IDEXX laboratory and diagnostic ultrasonography. Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader As a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently. You will primarily utilize your skills in: Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery. Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction). Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection. Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes. Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs. Growth & Schedule Growth Paths: Your career interests guide your path!
