Must be able to work under pressure as multiple calls and work orders can be received at the same time. Must be able to prioritize calls and work orders. Knowledge of maintaining pools and spas is desirable but not required. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to issues. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented 1 year facilities maintenance experience in hospitality or related field. Knowledge of basic computer skills is preferred. Must be able to perform light plumbing and electrical repairs and basic handyman skills. Must be able to work alone or as part of a team. BRING US YOUR BEST. Must be able to un-clog toilets and drains, replace light bulbs, repair leaking plumbing fixtures, replace light switches and receptacles in the guestrooms and in other areas of the property. Will be involved in larger projects as business levels allow. Will be involved with maintaining the pool and spas. Working as part of a team you must be willing and able to help in other areas of the Facilities department when needed.
