What you'll do
- Assists engineers with product quality investigations and data analysis.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations.
- Maintains communication with staff and primary stakeholders to provide necessary detail in technical investigations.
- Lead/conduct internal/external audits to drive improvement.
- Drive and monitor the required actions based on the audit activity listed above.
- Participates in engineering projects by conducting tests/experiments and collecting information under the direction of the supervising Engineer.
- Supports and collaborates with other departments within the organization
- May write and diagram a QC/inspection procedure manuals.
