Engineering and Operations Internship

We are the world’s largest producer of sustainable wood pellets, which provide a low-carbon alternative to fossil fuels. The P.E.L.L.E.T. Program is a structured early-career development program designed to prepare future leaders across Enviva’s manufacturing operations. The program includes a 12-week internship that provides hands-on experience and meaningful exposure across Enviva’s operations. May 10th - July 31st Participants will: Work on real business projects and operational challenges while gaining exposure to the full manufacturing process—from fiber to finished product Collaborate with teams across functions to understand how different roles contribute to safe, efficient, and successful operations Identify opportunities to improve overall operational performance Intern Experience: Community Service Project Team Bonding Activities Port/Plant Tours Video Making Competition Weekly Career Advice from Industry Leaders Present Capstone Projects to Executives This position is not eligible for visa support.
