Entry Level Collections and Sales (Account Management) Pay: $38,000 - $45,000 per year Looking for a job that's more than sitting behind a desk? Join Affordable Home Furnishings and help local families furnish their homes while building a career with a family-owned company that promotes from within. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members. What You'll Do: Sales - Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community Manage customer accounts and payment collections (Daily heavy customer contact by phone and in person) Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom Maintain attractive showroom displays Help customers resolve issues and find solutions Load and unload merchandise Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise Support daily store operations and team goals as directed by management What We're Looking For: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Great communication and people skills Customer service experience preferred Comfortable using computers and technology Self-motivated and dependable Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good driving record Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the field Why Join Our Team?
