Your Day-to-Day: As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll: Compassionately provide assistance and supervision for all residents with personalized care and empathy. Ensure residents' safety by addressing their needs with respect and maintaining a secure environment Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom Heavy housekeeping (mopping, sweeping, laundry, deep cleaning kitchen & bathrooms, etc.) Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans. Requirements: Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who: Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required). Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities. Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen. Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years. Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment. Working Hours: The schedule for this Full-Time Awake Overnight position in our Memory Care Unit is 4 days on, 2 days off, rotating.
