Entry-Level HVAC Technician

What You'll Do: Begin in our warehouse, learning HVAC equipment, parts, tools, and inventory. Work alongside experienced HVAC technicians to develop your technical knowledge. Assist with preparing equipment, materials, and supplies for field technicians. Gain hands-on exposure to residential HVAC systems and service procedures. Continue developing your skills as you work toward transitioning into an HVAC Service Technician role. Who We're Looking For: Recent HVAC school graduate or completion of an HVAC training program. Interest in pursuing a career in residential HVAC service. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical principles. EPA certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements.
