Entry Level Lab Technician

**A COLLEGE DEGREE IS UNNECESSARY FOR THIS POSITION** Performing basic laboratory testing; preparing media; maintaining equipment; entering data with a basic understanding into theory Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Regular attendance and punctuality Perform basic laboratory techniques/analyses or prepare media, based on job function Enter data into computer system Maintain/calibrate equipment Prepare and wash glassware Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Run autoclave and other equipment Receipt of consumables and lab stocking Clean incubator chambers Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Authorization to work in the US indefinitely Additional Qualifications: Some college science courses At least one year experience in bio/pharmaceutical laboratory Attention to detail able to do repetitive work read/follow written instructions organize/prioritize workload work with others perform multiple tasks simultaneously organized and logical thinking (i.e., intuitiveness, deductive reasoning) flexibility function under medium stress level Available shifts are as follows: Sun-Thurs: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm Tues-Sat: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm Position is full-time, 40hrs per week with additional hours as needed.
