Entry Level Support Specialists Business Unit United Wholesale Mortgage Location US-MI-Pontiac Role : Entry Level - Operations Specialist LOCATION : On-site in Pontiac, MI SCHEDULE : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone ready to turn their customer service skills into a long-term career. No office experience is required . You'll use the skills you already have to help deliver an exceptional client experience while keeping loans moving through the approval process. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way. CAREER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months during your first 3 years Promotion opportunities available as early as 6 to 9 months based on performance Eligibility to explore new roles across the company after 9 months in current position This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams Meet daily quality and production goals WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Must Have Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable using technology and learning new software Strong communication Attention to detail Positive, learning-focused attitude Nice to Have Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word THE PLACE & THE PERKS United Wholesale Mortgage is firmly committed to excellence and empowers individuals to become the best version of themselves.
