What you'll do
- Conduct one-on-one tax interviews with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and begin developing a book of business.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training to expand tax preparation skills.
What you need
- Candidates should have a passion for excellent customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills.
- They should be willing to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment; no specific prior experience is required.
