The Opportunity: The ERP Support Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, training, and continuous improvement for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This role serves as the primary support resource for ERP users across the organization and works closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and IT teams to ensure effective system utilization. Job Title: ERP Support Specialist Location: onsite in Winsted, MN Salary Range: $32.60 - $38.86/hour (Non-Exempt) (In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.) Incentive bonus opportunity: Freight Train Profit Sharing - Average of +$3.50/hour based on meeting goals Schedule: Monday - Friday Business Hours Shift Differential: 1st shift – N/A Key Roles and Responsibilities as an ERP Support Specialist: User support and troubleshooting Business Process Support Reporting and Analytics Development UI/Integration Support As an ERP Support Specialist, you will: Provide first and second-level support for Epicor Kinetic ERP users Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions Escalate complex issues to internal IT resources, Epicor support, or third-party consultants as needed Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles Assist users with understanding ERP functionality and best practices Identify opportunities to improve business processes through system utilization and automation Work with department leaders and analysts to gather reporting requirements Support data analysis and operational decision-making Create and maintain user guides, procedures, and training materials Conduct ERP training sessions for new and existing employees Support user adoption initiatives during system changes and upgrades Promote standard business processes and ERP best practices Gather and document business requirements for system improvements Assist in testing new functionality, configurations, and upgrades Participate in ERP implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives Support UI customizations and workflow improvements Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting ERP integrations Support data exchanges between the ERP and other business applications Participate in testing integration enhancements and updates Assist with maintaining accurate ERP data Support data import and cleanup activities using Epicor tools such as DMT Perform data validation and auditing as assigned Role Qualifications as an ERP Support Specialist: Preferred candidates will have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting or a related fieldOther combinations of formal training and experience will be considered 2+ years of ER support, business systems support or application support experience Epicor Kinetic ERP experience Reporting and analytical skills BAQ development experience SQL query fundamentals Microsoft suite proficiency What we offer for employment: Comprehensive Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Two medical plan options, with company HSA contributions Health & Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA) – For medical and dependent care expenses Life & Disability Insurance – Company-paid basic life, AD&D, and short-/long-term disability Voluntary Benefits – Including optional life, legal & ID protection, accident & critical illness insurance Financial Security - 401(k) with up to 4% Match – Immediate vesting Incentive Pay – Performance-based bonus programs depending on your role and shiftThis role is eligible for participation in the company’s “Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP)”, a financial performance-based bonus program Payouts are determined by the company’s operational results and are distributed in the first quarter of the subsequent year Work-Life Balance - Accrual Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement – Up to $5,250/year for job-related education Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Free, confidential support services Onsite Training – Includes leadership, welding, and language courses Uniform Subsidy – For eligible roles Benefits available to employees working 30+ hours/week. 401(k) available to all employees.
