Essential Duties & Responsibilities Our Exclusion Repair Specialists are responsible for repairs/modifications to dwellings in relation to preventing rodents from entering the home. Exclusion Services - Perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations. Set up and build exclusion traps. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment. Customer Experience – Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Responds to phone and in-person service call requests on a timely basis. Contact customers to confirm scheduled services. Continuous Learning – Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training. Position Requirements Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed Education & Experience High school diploma or GED Customer-facing experience preferred Other Skills, Attributes, and Abilities Demonstrated attention to detail Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in the area of exclusion/pest control Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period Carpentry experience/working with hand tools and power tools a plus Why Choose Us?
