- Check and adjust tire pressure, tread depth, and fluid levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to dealership and shop safety standards.
- Operate service equipment, power tools, and lifts safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding additional service recommendations or repairs.
What you need
- Requires basic mechanical knowledge or a strong interest in automotive repair, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to operate standard shop equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior automotive service experience is preferred, but training is available.

Whether you’re starting your automotive career or looking to grow your skills in a high-volume dealership environment, this role provides hands-on experience, ongoing training, and clear pathways for advancement into main-shop automotive roles. As an Express Technician, you will be responsible for providing quick, accurate routine maintenance to keep our customers moving safely. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and wiper blade installations. Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections to identify potential safety or maintenance concerns. Check and adjust tire pressure, tread depth, and fluid levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to dealership and shop safety standards. Operate service equipment, power tools, and lifts safely and efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge or a strong passion for automotive repair. Prior quick-lube or automotive service experience is preferred, but willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Ability to operate standard shop equipment and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality service. Reliable punctual attendance and a positive team attitude.
