Exterior Field Training Supervisor We offer a full benefits package, PTO, weekly pay, and more! Rate: $29.69/HR Location: Seattle, WA (Outdoors) Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10pm-6:45am We help make your world a safer place. The Field Training Supervisor at Securitas is responsible for overseeing the training and development of security personnel. This role involves facilitating training sessions, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with training requirements. The supervisor will also create training materials and provide coaching to staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.  What Your Day May Look Like * Provide on-the-job training and coaching to specialists as needed. * Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and company-mandated training and certification requirements. * Confer with managers and supervisors to determine training needs and approaches. * Create, update, and maintain training materials, reference guides, and assessments in conjunction with management. * Follow appropriate instructional procedures and methods for training needs. * Organize training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation materials, visual aids, and other education materials. * Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness and employee progress. * Document interactions and report findings to leadership. * Cross train with Training and Development Supervisors to serve as a backup when needed. Position Requirements * Must be at least 18 years of age. * High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months. * Standard computer / technology skills needed. * 1+ years of experience in customer service and 1+ years of experience in security required. * Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic. * Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication. * Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus. * Customer service background preferred. * Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. * All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
