This role supports manufacturing operations by ensuring high-quality fabrication, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Accountabilities Interpret and work from blueprint , technical drawings, and work orders. Set up and operate fabrication equipment (e.g., saws, presses, CNC machines , welding equipment, or cutting tools). Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to precise specifications. Perform welding, grinding, drilling, and finishing tasks as required . Inspect fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances. Maintain and troubleshoot fabrication equipment; report or escalate equipment issues. Maintain sound safety practices and follow all safety regulations . Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve fabrication or design issues.
