FABRICATOR I | BUILD SOMETHING TOUGH
At WARN Industries, we build products that are trusted to perform when failure isn’t an option. That starts with people who know how to turn raw material into parts built to take a beating. We’re looking for a Fabricator I who knows their way around a press brake, understands blueprints, has solid mechanical instincts, and takes pride in getting the job done right. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using press brakes, grinders, saws, drill presses, welders, and other fabrication equipment. If you like working with your hands, know your way around metal, and want to see what you built at the end of the day, keep reading.
What You’ll Own
Set up and operate press brakes, laser punch equipment, and drill presses
Work with grinders, saws, welders, hand tools, and power tools
Read blueprints and gauges to make sure parts are built right
Load, tend, and run parts through production operations
Make basic machine adjustments to keep production moving
Use measuring instruments to check your work and maintain quality
Safely operate lift trucks and other production equipment as needed
Bring your fabrication skills to the floor while continuing to learn new equipment and processes
Have robotic welding experience? Even better. Bring it.
The Kind of Fabricator We’re Looking For
We want someone who takes pride in what they build and doesn’t need to be reminded that quality matters. You’re mechanically minded. You pay attention to the details. You know that moving fast doesn’t mean cutting corners, and if something doesn’t look right, you don’t just send it down the line. You’re willing to learn. You’re not afraid of a new machine, a new process, or getting your hands dirty. You work hard, look out for the people around you, and understand that the best production teams win together.
What You Bring
6+ months of press brake, laser punch, and drill press experience
Experience reading blueprints and gauges
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to keep learning
Grinding, welding, and/or fabrication experience preferred
Robotic welding experience is a plus

A team environment built around respect, support, and getting things done
This Is Hands-On Manufacturing
You’ll be standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day and regularly using your hands to grasp, handle, and work with parts and equipment. The job can also involve bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying. You’ll need to be able to frequently lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You’ll also be working in a real manufacturing environment around loud operating machinery, cold temperatures, chemicals, and vapors.
Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
Why WARN?
Because there’s something different about being able to point to a product and know you helped build it. This is a place for people who like working with their hands, solving problems, learning new skills, and taking pride in doing the job right. If you know your way around fabrication equipment, believe quality matters even when the line is moving fast, and want to be part of a team that builds products people count on when it matters most, we want to talk to you.
