The employee in this position is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Construction Supervisors in completing designated building, renovation and repair projects. Specific responsibilities include: selecting vendors and contractors, review, approval and distribution of submittals & shop drawings, estimating, tracking spending for projects, quality assurance over completed project work, ordering supplies and materials, arranging and overseeing contractor installations, maintaining official documents for projects. Department Specific Job Details:
Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM, Monday - Friday.
