What you'll do
- <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidance</li><li>Assist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.</li><li>Perform routine and non-routine duties independently</li><li>Diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions</li><li>Understand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the job</li><li>Use power tools to complete tasks and projects</li><li>Complete and/or assist with carpentry projects</li><li>Maintain inventory of supplies</li><li>Maintain outside grounds</li><li>Give general assistance to supervisor</li><li>Communicates effectively with client staff members</li><li>Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner</li><li>Majority of time spent on various construction, drywall, and carpentry projects</li><li>Working independently and in a team environment on internal construction projects of various size and scope</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m-3:00 PM , with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
