What you'll do
- Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role.
- Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or until if he/she has not been trained to operate.
- Reports equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately.
- Patrols yard and gather debris and places in appropriate bin, i.e. trash or steel.
- Organizes facility both inside buildings as well as outside.
- Works with Parts Coordinator with proper storage of items.
- Cleans equipment as necessary
- Paints items around facility.
- Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.
- Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
- Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
What you need
- Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance, or janitorial services
- Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather

This role requires the following skills:
Minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance, or janitorial services
Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
Demonstrated ability to operate landscaping equipment.
Familiarity with various hand and power tools.
Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather
