What you'll do
- Develop and manage the preventative maintenance system of production machines and forklifts
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform routine facility maintenance
- Manage vendors for sprinkler systems, lawn care, snow removal, fire protection, and well testing
- Participate as a member of the safety committee
- Complete maintenance requirements
What you need
- Prior facility maintenance experience
- Be a licensed forklift and scissor lift operator
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach throughout the entire shift
- Quality craftsmanship
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Teamwork mentality to drive continuous improvement
- Willing to support weekend production issues (as needed)

Enwork is looking for an experienced 1st shift Facility Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
Develops and manages the preventative maintenance system of production machines and forklifts.
Troubleshoots equipment issues.
Possess a general understanding of electrical and plumbing.
Perform routine facility maintenance
Manages vendors for: sprinkler systems, lawn care, snow removal, fire protection, and quarterly well testing.
Participate as a member of the safety committee and complete maintenance requirements.
