What you'll do
- Support image and metadata quality control for historical records, helping ensure digital collections are accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Collaborate with employees, missionaries, volunteers, and cross-functional teams.
What you need
- <span data-teams="true">Bachelor's degree in a relevant field + 2 years of professional work experience (Or equivalent combination of education and work experience)</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Italian and English.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Ability to read and interpret handwritten and typed Italian historical documents.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital research tools.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Knowledge of Italian paleography, civil registration, and church records.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Experience with FamilySearch.org and genealogical research resources.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Experience in metadata management, quality auditing, or digital record processing.</span>
- <span data-teams="true">Experience coordinating projects and training volunteers or employees.</span>
