Working within the Professional Services team, this individual configures and validates UAT environments on the Fortress Platform, executes structured test cases, and manages Change Advisory Board requests to ensure every change meets quality standards before go-live. The role offers broad cross-functional exposure with Customer Success driving day-to-day priorities and collaboration spanning Application Engineering, Professional Services, and Product. It is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional to build hands-on skills in platform configuration, structured testing, change management, and technical documentation while contributing directly to the protection of critical infrastructure.    This is a 12-month, full-time temporary role. FastLane is intentionally structured as a pipeline to permanent employment, and associates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for conversion to a permanent position at the end of the term.
