If so, please read on!rnJob PurposernThe Field Service Technicians are the frontline service leaders to all A-Gas Rapid Recovery customers in a geographic territory. This individual is responsible for job site service, preventative maintenance of equipment, refrigerant cylinder consolidation, and customer interaction. Projects range in size from single residential split systems to chilling systems operating on tens of thousands of pounds, to projects with thousands of units. rnReports TornBusiness Development LeaderrnKey ResponsibilitiesrnrnTravel to designated work sites daily in order to carry out reclamation and recovery services for refrigerant and other specialty gases as needed.rnProvide exceptional service and customer support to all clients.rnIdentify additional opportunities for service, gas buy-back, and refrigerant spot buy sales to meet or exceed territory targets.rnSubmit daily work orders and weekly expense reports in a timely manner.rnTake proper care of your assigned vehicle by keeping it clean, in good condition, and maintained according to the vehicle manual.rnWork in a safe manner, and ensure that yourself and others adhere to safety standards.rnPerform any other duties as assigned.rnrnExperience, Knowledge, and QualificationsrnrnA high school diploma or GED is required.rn1-3 years of related industry or mechanical experience is preferable.rnMust have a state-issued driver\'s license and be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.rnFlexibility in working hours and overtime may be required.rnPreferably possess a CDL Class C with HazMat Endorsement, or be able to obtain certifications within 90 days of employment.rnEPA Universal Certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain certification within 14 days of employment.rnTechnical knowledge and the ability to adhere to all safety procedures is a must.rnComputer skills are required, including the ability to type and utilize current technology.rnStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.rnrn Physical Demands rnrnThis role requires the ability to work outside in various weather conditions.rnA substantial amount of time will be spent driving in the truck.rnThe employee must regularly stand, sit, walk, use hands for various tasks, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and communicate effectively.rnThis position demands heavy physical work, including occasionally exerting over 100 pounds of force (possibly up to 350 pounds), and/or frequently exerting over 75 pounds of force, and/or constantly exerting over 50 pounds of force to move or lift objects.rnrnWhy A-Gas?rnThis position starts at $24 - $27/hour, depending on experience.rnA-Gas offers generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k), company-paid short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, training initiatives, professional certifications, and a tuition reimbursement program.
