Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level Overtime opportunities available Factory training and certification programs Career advancement opportunities Modern tools, equipment, and technology Stable company with long-term growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO Supportive team environment focused on safety and professional development What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment and related components Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain repairs Develop repair plans and determine necessary parts, materials, and tooling Complete repairs safely and efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met Prepare service reports, work orders, warranty documentation, and repair recommendations Order and manage parts through company systems Communicate repair status and findings with supervisors and customers Maintain company vehicles, service trucks, tools, and equipment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform shop and field service work as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate degree in Diesel Technology, Heavy Equipment Technology, or related field preferred Equivalent apprenticeship or hands-on experience considered Experience working on construction, mining, agricultural, trucking, or heavy industrial equipment Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required Preferred Experience Experience working on: Komatsu or similar heavy equipment Diesel engines Hydraulic systems Electrical and electronic diagnostics Undercarriage, drivetrain, and powertrain systems Build Your Career with Linder Whether you are an experienced technician looking for your next opportunity or a developing technician ready to expand your skills, Linder offers the training, support, and advancement opportunities to help you reach your career goals.
