What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Two or more years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, ideally combining public accounting and private industry experience. Working knowledge of general accounting principles, month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, and journal entries. Understanding of internal controls and the importance of maintaining accurate, complete, and well-documented financial records. Strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills, with a collaborative approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of assignments and complete projects with minimal supervision. Willingness to support team members and respond to changing business needs.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of financial activities, including cash management, accounts payable, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and audit support.

You will work collaboratively across the organization, helping ensure the integrity of financial information, the timely execution of financial processes, and the effective management of day-to-day accounting activities.
