What you'll do

Prepare management reports related to practice area performance
Provide analysis on financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial analysis
Identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring deliverables
Collaborate with partners, business development and accounting to support day-to-day deliverables
Work on various ad-hoc projects

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
2-4 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity (Accounting or FP&A)
Strong organization and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable managing large data sets
Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview (preferred)

Position Summary The Financial Analyst will assist in analyzing practice group and firm performance, develop various financial models, and contribute to data validation and month-end reporting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: ─ Prepare management reports related to practice area performance, via Oracle and other financial reporting tools. ─ Provide analysis on financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs. ─ Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial analysis; and identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring deliverables. ─ Collaborate with partners, business development and accounting to support day-to-day deliverables ─ Various ad-hoc projects. Qualifications/Position Requirements ─ Strong organization and communication skills. ─ Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. ─ Comfortable managing large data sets. ─ Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview a plus. Education and/or Experience ─ Bachelor’s degree in business-related field. ─ 2-4 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity (Accounting or FP&A) Compensation The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - 90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
