What you need
- Demonstrated ability to manage assets, scheduling, personnel, and live field operations across multiple geographical sites and time zones.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to maintain composure during fast-moving operational scenarios.
- Strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace for daily usage and creation of new materials.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, commercial driver Hours of Service (HOS) rules, and AV testing safety practices.
- Experience in dispatching, fleet operations, or mission control within autonomous vehicles, commercial trucking, or high-consequence logistics operations.
- Experience creating fleet management and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with dashcam / ELD systems.
- Previous experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup environment.
