What you'll do
- The Floating Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of apartment community grounds and common areas.
- Duties include performing daily property walks, picking up litter, and traveling between assigned locations to address grounds-related concerns.
What you need
- Candidates must possess a valid California Driver's License, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- The role requires the physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
