- Review work orders and confirm application requirements before beginning each job.
- Inspect, clean, and prepare truck beds and other designated surfaces for coating.
- Remove and reinstall components as needed to complete preparation and application.
- Mask and protect vehicle surfaces, trim, hardware, and surrounding areas from overspray.
- Perform surface preparation, including sanding, scuffing, and cleaning, according to product requirements and shop procedures.
- Operate spray-in bedliner equipment to achieve consistent coverage, texture, and finish.
- Inspect completed work for proper coverage, clean edges, and overall appearance.
- Maintain application equipment and keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow product instructions, required protective-equipment procedures, and shop safety standards.
- Communicate job progress, material needs, and quality concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Complete assigned work efficiently while protecting customer vehicles and maintaining workmanship standards.
What you need
- Previous experience with spray-in bedliners, automotive refinishing, industrial coatings, or related surface preparation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Bedliner Technician Ford Pro Elite | Colorado Springs, CO Location: 4045 Sinton Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 Position: Full-Time Compensation: $19.00–$30.00 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications Put Your Craftsmanship to Work Ford Pro Elite is seeking a detail-oriented Bedliner Technician to join our commercial vehicle and upfitting team. In this hands-on role, you'll prepare truck beds and other designated surfaces, apply spray-in bedliners, and deliver clean, consistent finishes that meet our quality standards. Willingness to learn new products, equipment, and application techniques. Pay and Schedule $19.00–$30.00 per flag hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is based on flagged production hours rather than hours physically present.
