About the company
Conversion
Computer software · 11 to 50 employees
Conversion is the agentic marketing automation platform for modern enterprises such as Plaid, ClickHouse, Webflow, and Productboard. Our platform lets growth teams run their entire go-to-market motion in one place, from acquisition through retention, with AI agents doing the work that legacy tools like Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot can't. We've raised $28M+ from Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across both technical and business roles. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
- Partner with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies and keep processes moving with clarity and speed
- Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
- Iterate on the recruiting infrastructure: pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes
- Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, pacing, and where to focus sourcing efforts
What you need
- 1–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience at a high-growth startup/building a recruiting playbook (preferred)
- Experience across both technical and business roles (preferred)
