At the Suites of Someren Glen, we believe our community thrives when our care partners are happy and empowered to give their best. If you have experience in long-term care or memory care and a real passion for working with older adults, we’d love to meet you.
Our CNAs are essential members of the Nursing Team. You’ll have a real voice in everyday care planning and in delivering care that fits each resident’s individual needs. We treat CNAs as the professionals they are. We offer opportunities to grow, whether you want to build a long career as a CNA or use this role as a step toward nursing.
We’re looking for strong team players who will go the extra mile for each other and, above all, for the residents who call our community home.
What you’ll do
As a CNA, you’ll help residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living in ways that meet their needs. You’ll care for the whole person: social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. Day to day, you will:
Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect
Get to know each resident’s preferences so you can personalize their care
Document care accurately and promptly report any changes or concerns to the right team members
Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures
Keep your supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition
Support the team with other duties as needed
Why you’ll love working here
A culture that values and empowers care partners
A real role in resident care planning
Career growth support, including paths into nursing (Scholarship funds)
Benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, etc.
