As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be a leader on our Nursing Team. You’ll guide resident care from planning through evaluation, so each resident gets care that fits their individual needs and supports their whole well-being. You’ll work closely with physicians, pharmacists, families, and fellow care partners, and you’ll mentor the team members you work alongside. Listen to concerns from residents, families, and physicians, then take corrective action or escalate as needed

Document resident care issues and report them to the appropriate personnel

Support the team with other duties as needed
