We provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed.nnWhat You'll DonAs a Direct Support Professional, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build independence, participate in their community, and live life on their terms.nYour shift may include:nnSupporting daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasksnHelping individuals build independence and confidencenGoing on community outings, activities, appointments, and eventsnProviding transportation using approved vehiclesnAssisting with medications according to training and proceduresnSupporting grocery shopping and personal financesnCompleting electronic documentationnBuilding positive, meaningful relationships with the people you supportnnYou Don't Need Experience to Make an ImpactnGreat DSPs come from all kinds of backgrounds.
