What you'll do
- Perform routine cleaning duties across the facility
- Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste
- Keep custodial closets organized, stocked, and clean
- Adhere to safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures
- Complete additional cleaning or facility support tasks as assigned
What you need
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry equipment throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented
Utility Tech
to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation at our Nashville location. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, can work effectively during evening hours, and thrives in a physically active role. This role is benefit eligible.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties across the facility, including dusting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and break areas.
Empty all trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Keep custodial closets organized, stocked, and clean.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and chemical handling procedures.
Complete additional cleaning or facility support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning experience.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry equipment throughout an 8-hour shift.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependable transportation to arrive for evening shifts.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to follow instructions, maintain high sanitation standards, and work independently with minimal supervision.
