Gable Pines , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! Gable Pines , located in Vadnais Heights, brings an entirely new dimension to senior living in the Roseville/White Bear Lake area. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 123-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part-Time, Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm and Every Other Weekend Between 8am-7pm; Tuesday 8am-4pm and Every Other Weekend Between 8am-7pm Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Our receptionist becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors to the facility through all communication. Duties include: Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff. Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed. Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner. Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files. Assist with the business office functions including administrative support. Preferred Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
