About the company
Master Auto Care & Tire
Automotive · 2 to 10 employees
Master Auto Care & Tire is an independent automotive repair shop in Jupiter, Florida since 2001. We provide preventive maintenance, tire service, wheel alignments, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs. Our work ranges from everyday transportation to vintage and classic vehicles, giving our team exposure to a variety of vehicles and service needs. Our approach is straightforward: understand the customer’s concern, inspect the vehicle thoroughly, document what we find, and complete authorized repairs correctly. We want customers to understand their vehicle’s condition and feel confident in the work we recommend. We use Shop-Ware for repair orders and digital vehicle inspections, along with Detect Auto during the write-up process to review service history and maintenance needs. Our equipment includes a Road Force balancer, tire tread measurement tools, a dedicated alignment rack, and an ADAS calibration bay. We expect clear communication between technicians, service consultants, and management. Accurate inspection notes, useful photos, complete repair stories, and final quality checks are part of the job. That includes documenting what is in good condition—not just what needs attention. We value people who take ownership of their work, respect their teammates, care for shop equipment, and keep their workspace organized. We’re looking for someone who can contribute to our daily tire, maintenance, and general repair workload while continuing to develop their skills.
