What you'll do
- Provides general or specialized nursing care to patients in ambulatory setting or clinical practice
- Provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with standards of practice and regulations
What you need
- A minimum of ASN/ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred. If ASN/ADN, must acquire BSN within 3 years of hire
- Current State of Connecticut Registered Nurse licensure or Nursing Compact License required and maintained thereafter.
- BLS/CPR for Providers from American Heart Association, or American Red Cross, preferred upon hire and required within 1 month of hire. Must remain current at all times.
- Specialty licensure/certification may be required, as specified by department.
- Able to demonstrate all of the CCMC Core Organizational Competencies or has potential to do so as well as any clinical competencies within specialty area.
