ResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and drivability systems Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer technology platforms Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair needs Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and teammates to ensure a seamless client experience Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and maintenance recommendations Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs for quality assurance Maintain manufacturer certifications and stay current with evolving automotive technologies Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment focused on excellence and accountability QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or technician trainee preferred Luxury, European, or franchise dealership experience preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific software Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Why Technicians Choose AutobahnLuxury brands with cutting-edge technology Consistent workflow and high earning potential Supportive leadership team focused on technician success A culture that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and teamwork Career paths designed for long-term growth and success A company committed to investing in its people and future Join a dealership group where luxury, performance, and opportunity come together.
