This is not a set-it-and-forget-it paid search role. We care beyond the lead and judge success by measurable growth for orthodontic and dental practices. We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist who can build lead-generation campaigns that fill schedules, someone who gets energized by finding the next opportunity to improve performance. If that’s you, we’ll give you the tools, the team, and the partners to make a measurable impact. Ideal candidates have managed lead generation campaigns before, ideally in the orthodontic or dental niche, and love digging into the data to figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next. You’ll own ad performance and work hand in hand with our Partner Success team to ensure partners understand the strategy and see results. As a Google Ads Specialist on our Paid Search team, you’ll create and optimize campaigns across Paid Search (your primary focus), LSA, ChatGPT, and sometimes Microsoft Ads or Adroll remarketing. You’ll stay on top of budget pacing, write ad copy, and use a range of analysis tools to turn performance data into clear recommendations that drive lead volume, lead quality, and ROI. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role was built for you. WHAT YOU’LL DO Create and continuously optimize lead generation campaigns in the orthodontic and dental niche, primarily in Paid Search channels. Own ad performance and meet KPIs within a range of budgets across multiple media channels. Troubleshoot performance issues quickly and develop clear action plans to improve results. Proactively identify opportunities and areas for improvement within partner accounts, and work with the team to develop and implement new strategies. Analyze performance using tools inside and outside of Google Ads, and recommend strategies based on the data. Monitor spend and bids daily to ensure partners pace their budgets evenly and completely by end of month. Write precise, high-quality ad copy tailored to each partner’s goals and priorities. Work with the Partner Success team to answer partner questions, communicate strategy updates, and provide recommendations. Collaborate with our SEO, Web, Creative, Sales, and Support teams to ensure partner needs are clearly communicated and addressed. Demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI through clear, timely reporting. Continually refine processes and stay current on industry trends and best practices. Bring urgency, ownership, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping partners grow. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You have hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns, ideally in the orthodontic or dental space. You’re an expert in Paid Search and understand how different campaign and platform types support the full picture. You’re analytical and comfortable turning data into clear, practical recommendations. You can explain complex information to partners and internal teams with confidence and clarity. You’re proactive. You act without waiting to be told. You’re highly organized, with a natural instinct for precision in budget pacing and campaign details. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities shift quickly. You take ownership of campaign outcomes, especially when results fall short. You hold yourself to high standards for communication, organization, and execution. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns (orthodontic or dental niche preferred). Expertise in Google Search and Performance Max campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues, make data-driven suggestions, meet performance KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and convey complex information to partners. Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for ROAS improvement. Comfortable using or learning tools like ClickUp, Asana, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Google Workspace. Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace. COMPENSATION Base salary, depending on experience. Full-time W2 position for domestic candidates only. BENEFITS 401(k) matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance PTO eligibility after 90 days of hire (10 vacation days the first year of service, unlimited PTO starting year two, flexible partial days, and sick/personal days) Remote position (You MUST be located in the US.) SCHEDULE 8 am - 5 pm CST, Monday to Friday
