ABOUT LATTICA Lattica’s mission is to turn prediction markets into the largest asset class on Earth and, along the way, make traders an ungodly amount of money. Our initial product is the first scalable yet safe decentralized lending and leverage platform for prediction markets. THE ROLE We are hiring Growth Interns to scale our desktop and mobile apps. You'll work directly with our Head of Growth (previously led BD at Axiom and Bullpen) and the founders to put Lattica on a million phones. The more you sell, the more you’ll make. This is the perfect role for people with an interest in startups, tech, and sales. We’ll turn you into an absolute killer, you’ll make an obscene amount of money, and you’ll have a hell of a lot of fun doing it. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Onboard users anywhere you can find them. * Regularly interact with streamers, creators, and KOLs. * Attend and host events and conferences. * Provide feedback on the product. You should always have a say in what you’re selling. WHO YOU ARE Lattica’s culture is one of moving fast, taking risks, and thinking outside the box. As such, you would be a good fit for this role if: * You have motion on social media. * Talking to users and potential users fills you with joy. * You actively use prediction markets or sports betting apps. * You want to be the best at what you do.
