What you'll do
- Partnerships Channel: Run marketing for our partner channel with the partnerships team. That includes joint events and webinars, and co-branded campaigns with industry groups, packaging partners, and other organizations.
- Partner Onboarding and Benefits: Own marketing onboarding for every new partner. Activate marketing benefits as they become available, from ad placements to directory listings to member communications, and develop new creative collaborations.
- Campaigns and Events: Build email programs and nurture sequences that move leads toward a meeting. Plan and promote rePurpose webinars, trade shows, and executive dinners, including paid promotion on LinkedIn and sponsored email.
- Copywriting: Write impactful subject lines, nurture sequences, ad copy, landing pages, and event promotions aligned to the rePurpose brand voice.
- AI-First, Accurate Execution: Use AI and growth tools to research, draft, build lists, and analyze at speed. Our buyers work in regulated industries, so you check every asset before it ships.
- Performance and Collaboration: Track the metrics that matter in HubSpot, and recommend where to double down or cut. Work across Partnerships, Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, and Design, and coordinate freelancers when needed.
What you need
- 3 to 5 Years in B2B Growth and Gen Marketing: You have hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns at a high-growth company. Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
- Partner Marketing Experience: You've run co-marketing, partner events, or member programs with industry groups, trade associations, influencers, or other channel partners.
- Strong Writer with Taste: You write clear, human, specific copy across channels. You know when something is ready, and on voice, and when it isn’t, you improve it.
- HubSpot and AI Fluency: You’re comfortable with HubSpot workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, and reporting. You work daily with Claude, and you’re familiar with tools like Clay, Descript, Mutiny, Fibbler, WriterAI, and have AI workflows of your own.
- Fast and Accurate: You move quickly, and quality holds.
- Executive Presence and Drive: You’re comfortable presenting results and recommendations directly to the CEO, and you’re hungry to find out what moves the needle.
- Bonus Points: Experience marketing to compliance, sustainability, operations, or packaging buyers at consumer brands.

About the Role
The rules in packaging compliance are new, and they evolve quickly. Brands need a partner to guide them through the journey, and they need to find that partner first. That’s our marketing team’s job.
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to build and run the programs that bring those brands to us. Partnerships are one of our fastest-growing channels, and it will take about half your time. You'll also run email, nurture, and our own events. You'll report to our CEO and work closely with our fractional Growth leader and CMO, who set strategy. Your job is to turn that strategy into campaigns that ship every week.
This role is based in New York City, with three days per week in our office.
