We’re building the GTM team that will bring our AI-native accounting platform to more businesses, and we’re looking for a GTM Recruiter to help us get there. You’ll partner with hiring managers across the GTM org to define great talent, run thoughtful searches, and keep hiring moving. You’ll own roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing teams, bringing strong judgment, a great candidate experience, and real urgency. If the below describes you, we’d love to hear from you: - 1–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, recruiting agency, or similarly fast-paced environment - Experience recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, or similar teams - Strong sourcing instincts and a knack for reaching great candidates who are not actively looking - Excellent judgment and communication skills.
